IQAC
ABOUT
As part of quality initiatives, MKJC underwent evaluation and accreditation by NAAC for the first time on November 17, 2006, and obtained Grade of "B++" in the first cycle. On January 5, 2013, our Institution secured "A" grade from NAAC in Second cycle, and again secured ‘A’ Grade in the third cycle of Assessment from NAAC on July 15, 2019.
As a post-accreditation quality maintenance strategy, the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, recommends that each recognized institution create an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
We at Marudhar Kesari Jain College for Women in Vaniyambadi established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on November 17, 2006 in accordance with NAAC guidelines for the creation of IQAC in order to ensure quality culture as the primary concern for the Institution through institutionalizing and internalizing all the initiative taken with support from both internal and external sources.
The main goal of the IQAC is to create a system for consciously, consistently, and catalytically improving institutions' overall performance. All of the institution's activities and initiatives are directed by IQAC towards developing its all-encompassing academic excellence. The IQAC is responsible for ensuring that the institution takes all necessary steps to improve the quality of education in a rapid, efficient, and high-standard manner.
The IQAC sets up methods and procedures to gather data and information on many facets of Institutional functioning. The participation of all IQAC members in all activities is essential to the organization's success. The institution's interactive quality assurance committee, or IQAC, is a dynamic structure that may help improve the institution's quality culture and address flaws.
Under the leadership of the institution's head, the IQAC is formed with the heads of significant academic and administrative units, a small number of instructors, a few eminent educators, and representatives of the local management, industrialists, and stakeholders.
Additionally, the IQAC routinely publishes the college news letter, which details all college activities, most of which are related to academic achievements of students, professors, and office employees. The website www.mkjc.in hosts this bulletin online as well.
