Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance and coordination .Yoga means ‘UNION’ or Connection. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind and environment .The yoga was started in the year 2015 in MKJC. The institution has well accommodated yoga hall and well qualified and experienced instructors. Yoga practice is given regularly to all the students .our college student participate in national, state, district level and yoga competition. Yoga practice is also given to teaching and non teaching staffs. various social yoga awareness programme are also conducting as an extension activities.

Periodical yoga training is given to student, teaching and non teaching staff.
To enrich the value of yoga and to provide healthy life style international yoga day is celebrated.
Intra collegiate competition is conducted for students and staffs.
Providing awareness programme to the students and make themselves self-efficient and self preservation.
Yoga trainings are conducted to the students and faculty and non teaching staff through experts.
Students are motivated to participate in district,state and national level competition.
