About the Department


The Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting was established in the year 2025-2026. A Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting) is a three year Undergraduate Degree that provides a theoretical understanding of Accounting Principles within a business context, preparing students for careers in Accounting and Finance. The program provides a solid Foundation in Accounting principles, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Business Law and related disciplines, equipping students for Finance Sectors.

The program blends core Commerce subjects with Advanced Professional Accounting topics and modern tools like Accounting Software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. It also emphasizes Ethical practices, Corporate Governance, and Analytical Thinking preparing students to meet the dynamic demands of the Financial and Business world.
