Solid waste management is a term that is used to refer to the process of collecting and treating solid wastes. It also offers solutions for recycling items that do not belong to garbage or trash. As long as people have been living in settlements and residential areas, garbage or solid waste has been an issue.
The institution involved in various activities of solid waste management in order to protect the environment. Solid waste such as glass, rubber waste, plastics, food wastes, wood, paper, metals, cardboard materials, and electronics waste was saved. The dustbins used to collect the waste products are separated as degradable and non degradable as it is instructed by the government. The non degradable waste is disposed with the help of municipality. The degradable waste is collected in the pit to use it as manure for the well growth of plants. The used woods and irons are sold for the reuse. Used papers are given for recycling process.
